Manufacturing

We provide the latest innovations in high quality card construction and printing techniques, including silk screen applications, post laminate effects, coloured core and RFID.

Our new state-of-the-art litho press with anilox coater is the only one of its kind in the UK.  It enables us to offer many new finishes as well as print on a variety of substrates including PVC, PetG, Recycled Petg, Degradable, Teslin and various board substrates.

Our digital print platform allows you to engage with your customers personally, as every card, fob or mailing pack can be unique.

Packaging & Fulfilment

We can support you with a wealth of experience in packaging and mailing options, whether that’s guiding your own creative team or developing ourselves on your behalf. Our innovative solutions, include our patent pending multipack product, one-piece mailers or custom packaging together with complex, intelligent match and attaching or hand fulfilment by our specialist team. We ensure the right card goes to the right person and within strict SLA’s. Responsive, dynamic and accurate!

We are proud to use only the very best equipment across our two UK factories and have invested heavily in both our manufacturing and personalisation operations. We install the latest operating systems that ensures the security of your data and have multiple print, personalisation and attaching lines to increase capacity, and ensure responsiveness.
