When it comes to the personalisation of gift, loyalty and membership cards – and the mailings and packaging which support them – we’re confident our colleague Mark knows everything worth knowing!

So much so, that he is the leader of our Client Services Team in Skelmersdale and accredited with ACE-P certification from the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA).

Mark joined Incodia in 2005 and has steadily risen to his current role as Customer Service Manager.

Mark is a personalisation specialist, helping our clients with every aspect, including secure packs, PIN and Print-on-Demand. His ACE-P designation recognises his skills in areas including printing and barcodes, magnetic stripe encoding, embossing, laser engraving, smart card encoding, financial transaction card data, fulfilment and standard/testing.

Outside work, Mark’s passion is following Everton football club – both home and away. As the lockdown restrictions ease, he’s delighted grounds are once again opening their gates to fans so he can cheer on the team with friends and family.

Mark also enjoys the great outdoors and walking in the hills and mountains of his native Lancashire – following real ale trails seeking out good beer, food and atmosphere!
