Despite an unprecedented period for both our clients and staff, we’re very proud to announce our team have maintained a number of crucial quality standards with flying colours.
During June, July and August, our teams in both Colchester and Skelmersdale were audited for ISO, FSC and other standards:
ISO 9001
ISO9001 is perhaps the world’s best known and most widely respected standard for quality management. When so many brands, retailers and organisations rely upon Incodia to deliver our promises – on-time and in-full – our internal focus on quality is a top priority.
ISO 27001
To fulfil membership and loyalty card programmes, we handle high volumes of data from many of our clients. This internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management ensures we have a robust and rigorous approach to how we process, store, protect and use that information.
ISO 14001
Our commitment to protecting the environment never stops as we continue to develop world-class products from more environmentally friendly, degradable and recyclable substrates and reduce waste at every step within our operations and supply chain. By successfully recertifying this standard, we’ve again demonstrated our commitment to monitoring, managing and reducing our environmental impact wherever possible.
FSC Certification
We produce millions of card carriers, literature, letters and envelopes in paper and card each year. We also manufacture an increasing number of cards in natural and more environmentally sustainable materials. This standard allows us to demonstrate on specific products that we are using materials from a transparent supply chain using wood from sustainable sources and practises.
Ethical Sourcing Audit
When purchasing materials – whether from the UK, Europe or around the world – it is critical that production and supply has resulted from positive practises and the fair treatment of both people and the environment. This standard ensures we take steps to ensure the products we use are both sustainably and ethically produced.
Thanks!
At Incodia, we believe these standards are critical in demonstrating our dedication to unwavering quality, minimising our environmental impact and providing our clients with peace-of-mind.
Once again, recertifying these standards would not have been possible without the professionalism and dedication of our team during a period when many other pressures were put upon businesses everywhere.
Particular thanks go to John Austen (Quality & EHS Manager), Jeremy Weaver (Quality Process Engineer), Toby Bowler (Head of Technology), Brad Wooder (IT Infrastructure Manager), Adrian Fairhurst (Data Services Manager) and Molly Creegan (HR) and all the other members of our production and procurement teams who ensure quality always remains the foundation for everything we do at Incodia!
