We find our customers, business and team in such unprecedented and difficult times.
We would like to keep our customers, suppliers and wider team informed of the actions and processes we have taken in response to the Government guidelines for the manufacturing industry in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We would like to assure you that we have added social distancing throughout both our factories and office areas, PPE, hand sanitizer stations and workspace screening as the wellbeing of the Incodia team is our first priority.
In addition, we have reviewed any team member with any underlying health conditions, and they are continuing their work activities from their home. An interesting point of feedback is that many considered working from home was the easy option before COVID-19, but we know that several members of the team can’t wait to return to the office, when it is deemed safe to do so.
As a business in 2019, we invested in the Microsoft Office 365 software program and the Teams Video conference service, which have proven an asset during this time.
Manufacturing has been designated “Key Worker” status by the Government and we will continue to seek guidance and reflect any changes made by Public Health England and the UK Government.
We are committed to serving our customers as best we can given the Pandemic, whilst providing the safest work environment for our team, customers, suppliers and logistic partners.
Please stay safe during an incredibly difficult time for us all.
